So, for those of you who haven't done it, now might be the right time to come along on Tuesday, rent a kayak, fill it with booze, and come listen to Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue playing at Humphreys. I think it'd be a pretty good time, and considering its a loud ass brass and funk band, so what if the sound is a little off from a seat on the bay? We'd still have a great time! Interested, post here, lemme know, so we can rent kayaks? Or charter a boat for the evening? Whatever?

Friday Fun!
Wadup!
Time is drawing near, so I should start telling yall about the first "pre-wedding" activity. We're gonna do a zoo and bbq day (no, not bbqing zoo animals). We'll start on Friday, meeting up at our house for brunch somewhere in Hillcrest, and then walk to the world famous San Diego Zoo, and take a tour around Balboa Park at the same time. That evening, we'll have a get together at our place at 5pm for eats and drinks, so, bring something to BBQ and drink! Text me to let me know if you're gonna make it to that event. Cheers!

San Diego Staycation- Pre-Honeymoon excursions with friends and Family
We'd love to share San Diego with our visiting friends and family!
Some ideas that we have brainstormed:
Beach: sail, surf, kayak -rentals and lessons
bonfire at night, obviously with s'mores and brats
The World Famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park (1 mile from our house!)
*the zoo does a Sunday brunch special, according to Britta!
Nightlife: Downtown, Hillcrest, Pacific Beach
Microbrewery Tour in North County
Del Mar Horse Races and Fair
Frisbee Golf
And of course there are the So Cal theme parks: Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain.
Let us know which of these sound like something you want to do, and we'll make it happen!

Welcome to our wedding blog!
Over the next few months, Heather and I will be occassionally posting on here to keep everyone up to date of what we're doing, where we're going, and what's happening during the day of, before, and after our wedding. We'd like to spend as much time as possible with all of you before we head out of town on June 20th for our honeymoon.
We know many of you may be coming in from out of town, and want to make most of your time. So we've made this blog so we can coordinate fun stuff to do, find people places to stay, and share ideas about the event with us and others.
Talk to you soon!
